Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By engaging Webflow Developers for services, you agree to these Terms. These terms govern all service agreements, proposals, and project work.
2. Services
We provide Webflow design, development, CMS setup, SEO, migration, integration, and maintenance services as described in individual project proposals. Exact deliverables are specified per-project in your signed proposal.
3. Payment
Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on final delivery. All prices are in USD. Accepted payment methods: wire transfer, ACH, major credit cards, and PayPal.
4. Revisions
All packages include the number of revision rounds specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $120/hour.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, you own all custom code, designs, and content created for your project. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing content (text, images, brand assets) in a timely manner. Project delays caused by late content delivery may affect agreed timelines.
7. Warranties
We warrant that all Webflow sites will pass Google's Core Web Vitals assessment at time of delivery. We do not guarantee specific search rankings as these depend on factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the service provider. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
